They were able to get me in same day when our AC suddenly stopped blowing cold air on a 97 degree day. Doug came out and kept me well informed of every step along the way and had us back up and cooling in no time. Thank you so much for a great experience!
I called to schedule an appointment to have an electrician come to my house and check out an issue I’ve been having with an outlet. They were able to schedule me something for 2 days later. They were running a special where the consultation was only $49 but is usually just a little over $100. Guys came out, were very knowledgeable, gave me a couple options to choose from to fix my issue and had it resolved within an hour and a half, which included the time needed to run back to the shop to grab a part they needed. Super polite and also deferred to my decision making given that I’m a woman, I made the appointment, and my husband was present. It’s refreshing to not be blown off like that. I would absolutely use their services in the future should the need arise.
They came in they set up a new furnace and air conditioning unit and we're done within 4 - 4 1/2 hours, electrician came hooked it up and within about 5 1/2 hours it was completed and working good. Polite, friendly, and able to answer all my questions. Great fast service!!!
Very professional service. I haven’t had central air in twenty-five years. Vance was able to schedule me within a week for an assessment and were out less than a week later to retire my house for electric and install the same day. Wonderful team of men that stuck with it until the job was completed. Fair pricing. I highly recommend this company
I had a great experience with Vance Heating and Air and wanted to share. My 12-year-old heat pump compressor went out unexpectedly, and after calling on a Sunday just to set up an appointment, they actually had a technician out the same day to check things out. That alone impressed me.We scheduled the replacement for Tuesday, and I was honestly expecting a multi-day job—but their crew came in and completed everything in just one day. They removed the old system and installed a new high-efficiency heat pump and air handler while I was at work. By the time I got home, everything was fully set up and ready, and they took the time to walk me through how it all works.The team was attentive, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable. I really appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary or push equipment that wouldn’t actually benefit my home.We ended up with a Daikin side discharge unit, and it’s been fantastic—super quiet and heats the house quickly. The smart thermostat is awesome as well with a lot of features and able to control with an app!Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience. I’d absolutely recommend Vance Heating and Air to anyone looking for honest and efficient service.
