We had a price quote to clean our gas dryer vents. Tech was on time, thorough, and very pleasant. We set an appointment time and date and are very pleased. We have never been disappointed with this company. We highly recommend them.
A/C wasn't cooling. I called and they responded immediately and dispatched a service tech right away. The tech was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He explained the exact problem, the remedy, and had the necessary parts with him to repair it. He made available a very reasonable service plan which I took advantage of, and in return received a very nice discount for services rendered.

While we encountered a minor installation issue initially, the team addressed it promptly, and the unit has been working flawlessly ever since.?The only reasons I am giving this a 4-star review instead of a 5-star review are two minor hiccups with the post-installation process:?Warranty Registration Uncertainty: I was told by the installers that they would register the unit with Samsung on my behalf to activate the warranty. However, I never received a confirmation email or paperwork, leaving me uncertain if it was actually completed.?Lack of a Walkthrough: Once the installation was finished, the crew left without offering a brief demonstration or maintenance tips. Personally, I enjoy reading manuals and figuring things out myself, but other customers might find the lack of a basic walkthrough frustrating.?In summary, the installation itself was solid, and the team is wonderful to work with. If they could tighten up their communication regarding warranty confirmations and offer a quick user guide before leaving, the experience would be perfect.
