I needed a complete system replacement for 2 AC units and air handlers. Previous system was 34 years old and giving out constantly. I received a few other quotes from competitors and Mike was the only one open the systems up and notice my units were quite under sized for my home and noticed some other issues from the original install. He came back the next day with 7 options for me to choose from, all from "top of the line systems" to cheapest option. He gave me the pros and cons of the systems and added which ones could have air quality added. Some options would not fit in the previous locations. At no point did he pressure me or my wife into the most expensive. I actually chose the best option for air quality improvement for my home, what would fit the current locations, and ones that were inverter driven for better efficiency.Anthony, Ivan, Donnie, and Then were fantastic installers. I was told they would show up at 7 AM to begin a 2 day install and weren't leaving until one unit was online, and that's exactly what they did. They showed up just before 7 AM and got to work and ensured one unit was working. This was no small job. They ensured to protect everything in my home and put down RAM board everywhere they would walk inside my home. I must say this was a great experience from start to finish and these guys were efficient in what they do. Very pleased and I once again have a cool house just before the 105 plus degree days began.
Recently I hired Hansberger Refrigeration to replace my old air conditioner and furnace with a new split system heat pump and air cooler.Mike Mendivil the company’s sales representative was, has been and continues to be fantastic!, he ordered the new equipment and told me he would call the night before my installation appointment to confirm everything arrived and had no shipping damage and that’s exactly what he did!, I knew right then I was dealing with a man who has personal integrity and not just a polite salesman. He has been here every step of the way through this process bringing his high standards, professionalism, knowledgeable experience and friendly attitude every time, he is a great asset to the Hansberger company and I highly recommend them because of him. I also want to compliment the two technicians that installed my system Anthony and Ruben, they were polite, professional, presentable and stayed focused on the job, they came on time and well supplied for the Job, these two guys worked well together coordinating with each other so every move was the appropriate next thing to do. They were a pleasure to have in my home for the two days they were here, so thank you to Mike, Anthony and Ruben for doing such a great job, I am thoroughly impressed by all of you, and thank you to the Hansberger Refrigeration company for the standards you bring to this industry and for investing in the people you employ, they truly represent you well. Our heat pump went out and I called Hansberger. I was greeted by a friendly voice with a prompt set up with a technician to diagnose the problem. The system was old and needed to be replaced. Mike, a sales representative, came out with reasonable solution. He, too, was very friendly, but most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. He had a crew to our home, a new system installed and working in no time at all. Because the system was on the roof, the job required a crane service. The installers were polite, clean and respectful of our personal property. We are satisfied customers with our new Lennox system.

Let me preface the comments that I'm going to share. Having been a General Contractor and being involved in all aspects of construction close to fifty years, I'M PICKY.The job turned out looking good and doing what it's supposed to do. The gentlemen that performed the work were pleasant and respectful. The estimator that I worked with and who also coordinated the work was very professional and satisfied all of my requirements and questions. The most outstanding aspect of the job was that I contacted the company one day for a quote, which I accepted, and the work was completed by 2:30 the next day. I was extremely pleased that they could get to my job that quickly. Considering the scope of the work, in my opinion, the workers were fairly efficient.I would recommend their services and the timely manner in which the work was done but expect to pay, perhaps, a little more than another company might charge.
