Ricardo did a very thorough job checking our unit over for the summer season. A "deep cleaning" was required to make our AC run better but before doing so Ricardo explained what he was going to do and the costs involved. He completed the maintenance in a timely manner which was much appreciated in this hot weather. We are happy with One Hour air.

Ryan did a great job with the repair, but the company’s communication was unacceptable.I had to repeatedly reach out for updates, and calls to the office went unanswered. At one point, I called from a different number and my call was picked up immediately, which strongly suggests my calls were being screened.I understand delays happen, especially when parts need to come from out of town, but there was no proactive communication at any point.My tenants were without AC for two days during a heat wave, and as an out-of-state owner, I rely on timely updates.The quality of the repair was good, but the lack of communication was frustrating and did not meet expectations.
Excellent. I wanted to adopt him! Such a nice guy. He suggested that I buy the yearly plan in case anything happens to the unit and I get two maintenance visits per year.He should be your marketing guy.
