MasterScapes did my yard for the first time today, and I came home to literally every single blade of grass being cut. Exceptional work and far more than I expected. Corners with leaves are completely cleaned out and edges are right and tight. Keep up the incredible work! There’s a reason I see their trucks all over town!
Contacted Masterscapes to have them inspect sprinker system. They sent me an email with contract. After I accepted the contract, they did not call me to set up an appointment. Two days later, I contacted them on 3/22/26. They made me an appointment for 3/23/26 at 3 pm. I called them about 2:55 pm on 3/23/26 to see when they would arrive. After keeping me on hold about 10 minutes, they came back on line and told me they had to change my appointment to the next day on 3/24/26 at 8:30 am. I told them to cancel my appointment. They are not good at communicating with the customer. They are very frustrating to deal with. I definitely do not recommend them.

Communicating with Steven, who always helps me, is a breeze, and he always shows up when he says he will and checks and resolves any glitches right away. The entire experience is pleasant and efficient, and I'm so grateful. 10/10 highly recommend!
