What customers say
Customers describe winter snow removal that left driveways uncleared, including one who spent the winter shovelling their own snow. One customer says the crew would not get within 20 metres of a car, asked them to move it, then did not return after it was moved; another says a parked car was blocked by snow and they were told to wait until the next day.
Customer Reviews
Nicolas Cote
Very poor snow removal service. I spent the winter shoveling my own snow. They barely come once a day during heavy snowfalls. They only remove the plow attachment and don't even come into the driveway to clear the snow.
Lucien Lejuif
Yeah, the winter division isn't great...the customer service leaves much to be desired, they respond rudely, act like they know everything but don't help the situation.

Can't shovel snow properly, doesn't dare get within 20 meters of a car, never comes by while I'm working and the car isn't there, asks me to move the car but doesn't come back when it's moved. It wasn't perfect last year, but now it's much worse.
Simon Verreault
The winter division is having a terrible time. My second car, which is parked in the parking lot, is blocked by the snow and I'm being told to wait until the next day, that it's not an emergency.
