Very poor snow removal service. I spent the winter shoveling my own snow. They barely come once a day during heavy snowfalls. They only remove the plow attachment and don't even come into the driveway to clear the snow.
Yeah, the winter division isn't great...the customer service leaves much to be desired, they respond rudely, act like they know everything but don't help the situation.
Can't shovel snow properly, doesn't dare get within 20 meters of a car, never comes by while I'm working and the car isn't there, asks me to move the car but doesn't come back when it's moved. It wasn't perfect last year, but now it's much worse.
