We hired Integrated Landscape of Asheville for water remediation and couldn't be more pleased with the results. What set them apart was their genuine attention to aesthetics — this wasn't just a functional fix, it was beautifully done. They clearly cared about how everything looked when the work was complete, not just how it performed. The customer service throughout the entire process was excellent: responsive, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that takes real pride in their craft.
We hired Bill to build a water diverting retaining wall and a water disrupting spillway on the slope in our backyard. Helene resulted in a partial collapse of our slope which diverted water towards our house causing flooding. From our initial contact with Bill through completion of the job, we have had an outstanding experience. Bill listened to what we needed, and then offered his expertise to problem-solve our Helene induced slope erosion and water flow problems. He designed a system that is beautiful and natural looking. Concurrently he was able to stabilize the slope and divert water away from the house into the culverts on either side of our property. His entire team was easy going, prompt, hard-working and patient. Bill and his team were flexible with some mid-build changes we requested. We now have a gorgeous wall, water spillway and peace of mind. We look forward to enjoying this for a long time. We will only hire Bill for future hardscaping needs.
From start to finish, could not be happier working with Bill, Sean, and the crew. Excellent work, skill, and communication. The team solved several issues we had with drainage, a penetration leak into our basement, and accumulating soil/mulch that built up over time and caused a risk for termites. We love the aesthetic of our new entryway into our home and have comfort knowing that the quality of the work will last. When we have future home improvement projects, Integrated Landscaping will be the team we will plan to work with.
Brian and his crew did us a major solid in armoring our driveway bank from Hurricane Helene damage. They also armored behind our oak leaf hydrangeas after digging up the plants and replanting once the armoring was complete. Lastly, the crew built a dry stack wall and installed stepping stones and steps below our planting beds to allow access. Brian was most receptive to all our concerns with the project and addressed them all. The crew did an excellent clean up after all their work. William Laity, the owner was also very pleasant to do business with in regards to our hardscaping. We are most grateful to have you to do our heavy lifting on our property improvements.
I could not be more pleased with the backyard project that Bill Laity and his team recently completed for us. I did a good bit of research before selecting Integrated Landscaping. When I met Bill I had a lot of confidence that he was going to achieve the vision that my wife and I had for our small backyard space. Bill accurately translated our vision into an executable plan, and his amazing team of craftsmen made that plan come to life.In addition, Bill educated me and offered suggestions and ultimately steered more towards solutions that optimized our final design.Once implementation work began I enjoyed meeting the team leaders assigned to my project. Jake and Bryan were very collaborative and answered questions every step of the way. There was excellent communication throughout the project. The team they led did a great job. All work was completed on time and within budget. The overall service experience and the quality of the work were both excellent!I highly recommend Bill Laity and Integrated Landscaping.
