I would give a zero if I could! I called M&M before the recent snowstorm to schedule snow removal, since I am disabled and can't do it myself. When I called, the woman said they could do it and told me I would have to pay cash. She wouldn't give me an estimate for a price or a time. She said they would come after the snow stopped and when they finished with businesses. She said they would just "show up" when they were done with everything else and give me a price then. I explained that I'm disabled and need a little time to get to the door and asked her to please have them call when they were on the way so I could be ready. She agreed but they never showed up and never called. They left me snowed in without even a phone call, knowing that I am disabled. I should have listened to my gut. I got a bad feeling when I called by the woman's demeanor and unwillingness to commit to any price or time and the fact they would only take cash. They could have given a rough estimate like price per inch or square foot and they could have given me a window of time or at least called. This should have been my first red flag that they weren't very professional. I wondered if they might try to take advantage of my situation and overcharge me because I am in desperate need of help, but I didn't think that they just wouldn't show up. I counted on them because they had mostly good reviews and they told me that they would be here after the storm. I can't understand why a business would treat someone like this. Maybe they forgot? Maybe they were too tired? Maybe they didn't think it was worth it compared to the money they made from commercial snow removal? Whatever the reason, I deserved a phone call. They should have just said NO if they didn't want to do it. This was a horrible experience and they left me in a bad predicament! They are very unprofessional and I will never call them again. I even told the woman that I was looking for a landscaper and would like to talk to her about it after the snow. Well obviously that's not going to happen now. They have lost my business and I am a loyal customer. This is my first time calling someone for snow removal and it is my last. My husband and I have always managed ourselves, but he passed away and now I am disabled. I didn't want to ask friends and family to come out in these conditions when they have so much to do already taking care of their own homes. I told everyone I hired professionals so they (and I) wouldn't have to worry. I didn't realize that I wasn't dealing with professionals. I highly recommend that you DON'T use this company. They have proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and uncaring.
I had them do my driveway sealing and they did really professional work and the driveway looks great!! I've also used for landscaping and they do great work there too.
did a great job on removing roots and stumps in lawn also putting in an irrigation system. Matt is a very busy guy but kept in touch when he would be there and kept to his word. They also went above and beyond on a few things that weren't asked of them to do. truly has an eye for perfection with landscape. Will definitely be a returning customer and a great referral for friends and family. thank you again for all the hard work.
R.E Michel were I am employed hired this company to do our clean up, trimming, edging, line painting, etc. They did an excellent job. From what I understand the pricing for commercial job was responsible.
They have caused property damage with faulty equipment numerous times. Owner is non responsive and try’s to say damage was done else where. Not worth fighting with the guy it is redundant use someone more professional.
