Mr. Turner did a great job of landscaping our driveway culvert. He started a day later than the original start date, but he did get with me to ask if it was okay which was very professional. And once he started he finished the same day. I really appreciated his services. I would definitely recommend.
Our decision to use Turner Landscaping was based on the reviews however, it was a regrettable decision. Although very nice Mr. Turner had too many excuses and took way too long for such a small job. Mr. Turner was paid on 4.1.2025 for materials (he cashed our check on 5.1.2025) but our job was just completed on June 18, 2025. He made excuse after excuse about access to sod and other materials needed (Excuse #1: The supplier shut down for two weeks; Excuse #2: They don't have Zoysia sod). His pricing structure was all over the place as if he were making it up as he went along (first the Zoysia was more expensive then when we said install Bermuda sod, since the Zoysia sod was unattainable, miraculously the price per pallet was the same as Zoysia sod) which is why we wanted invoices from his suppliers of course he could provide no invoices for any materials used. We purchased our own edging. Following his measurements we purchased much more than we needed which is a costly waste for us. The job was done piece meal, the landing installed for our grill was done very sloppy. The surface is jagged and unlevel. On numerous occasions we requested that Mr. Turner provide an updated invoice which he never provided even though the scope of the job lessoned based on the numerous delays. Again, Mr. Turner is a very nice man but his business practices made our experience most regrettable. We need a retaining wall on our property replaced and would have given Mr. Turner that business but after the what we just went through NO WAY. We chronicled this entire experience but to share the full details would likely put Mr. Turner out of business and like I said, he is a nice person just a terrible business person.
It took awhile for Mr. Turner and crew to get to our job; between jobs already on his schedule, the rain in June and the heat in July. It was worth the wait, I love the new look for the front of the house. Before and after photos below.
Mr. Turner is the real deal! He cares about his customers and is passionate about his work. We have worked with Turner Landscaping on 2 different projects and are impressed with his knowledge and quality work.
Mr. Turner has been a godsend to our landscaping! Mr. Turner is first and foremost an expert in his profession and it shows. The new front bed he installed is beautiful! He has a level of professionalism that is rare these days and his attention to detail is exceptional.
