J&P Brothers landscaping

I recently had the pleasure of working with Juan at J&P Brothers Landscaping to transform my front and side yard, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Juan and his team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to excellence. His team efficiently cleared out the yard in just one day. Over the next two days, they laid down approximately 2,500 square feet of lush Kentucky Bluegrass in the front and side yards, as well as the parkway. Juan also addressed a water pooling issue near our foundation—a problem we’d been grappling with for a while. Not only did Juan level the problematic area, but he also added a beautiful flower bed according to our agreed-upon plan. Landscape fabric was strategically placed to prevent weeds, and a layer of fresh mulch completed the look. Our neighbors have been giving us glowing complements —the transformation is remarkable! In summary, Juan and his team delivered exceptional results, turning our outdoor space into something truly special. If you’re seeking top-notch landscaping services, look no further—Juan is the real deal!

Juan and his team were excellent to work with throughout the entire process. I had a sketch of what I envisioned for the rear patio and front yard space and he was able to make it a reality. We worked together on landscaping ideas and came up with a plan. He offered suggestions on hardscape elements to further enhance the visual appeal of the property. Juan was knowledgeable and communication was timely throughout construction. His team was professional, worked hard everyday and ultimately finished ahead of schedule. And the patio looks great! I highly recommend J&P and look forward to working with them on my future landscaping needs.

Our property was in desperate need of a complete landscape overhaul. We contacted J & P Brothers Landscaping through their website and received a fast reply the next morning. Juan came out to our property to get an idea of what he was working with, and to find out what we were looking to do. Throughout the planning stage, Juan provided us with concept drawings, plant recommendations and paver ideas. Our project was big, and it included new steps for our back door, as well as two 50’ garden walls on the front and side. The planning was a collaborative effort and did take some time because we wanted to ensure it included every single thing we were looking for. It was well worth it in the end. Each day the crew worked on our project, either Juan or his brother, Percy was onsite to manage the process. The crew worked very hard, and they were respectful of any request I made, such as keeping foot traffic within our tight property lines so as not to disturb our neighbors’ properties. Throughout the entire project, Juan and Percy checked in with me often to be sure they were on the right track and that things were as we expected them to be. They accommodated our every request, no matter how small. As the project progressed, we made several changes along the way. J & P went with the flow and made sure everything was just right. J & P Brothers Landscaping is professional, friendly, responsive, hard-working and neat, and they do great work. We highly recommend them. They completely transformed our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We have decided to use them for our ongoing maintenance, and we will always consider them first with any future landscaping project.
