The project was scheduled quickly and started without delay. The team arrived on time each day and worked efficiently under Tom’s supervision, completing the entire job in just two days - much sooner than we anticipated, but precisely as Ian had estimated. ??
Throughout the process, the team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the site was left spotless at the end of each day. The finished stairs look fantastic, and we are already considering the next project. We highly recommend Hard Rock Landscaping.

Ian and his crew had completed a couple of projects for our daughter and we were impressed by the design and quality of the work, so we asked Ian to replace our front steps. He came by to complete measurements and explain what he thought would work best, and as his price was quite reasonable, we agreed. On the specified date, the crew arrived on time. They were friendly, professional, skilled and hard working, and the crew lead, Tommy, walked us through what they had planned. We were very pleased with the new front steps. Ian called that night to check in with us, and let us know that since they had used less material than expected he was reducing our invoice. That is the kind of honesty and customer service that you do not often see and we were both impressed and appreciative. Ians crew are all very professional and the resulting end product is a quality professional job that we expect will last for many years. As homeowners we cannot begin to describe how happy we are with our new backyard addition. Ian and his dedicated team installed a raised patio and adjoining walkways that we have been visualizing for two years.

We initially had a quote done in 2017 which Ian followed up with in the spring of 2018. This spoke volumes to us and we called him when we were finally ready to go ahead this year. We had a general idea of what we wanted installed, but Ian’s contact at Unilock , Murray, was a tremendous help in picking out the final products and colours.

From start to finish the project was completed with precision and care. It was incredible how quickly the guys worked and the meticulous attention to detail that was exercised. Any questions or concerns were always immediately addressed and we were absolutely impressed with the customer service that the on site crew provided.

Hard Rock really set the bar and exceeded our expectations. If you are considering an outdoor project we highly recommend Ian and the Hard Rock team.
