We recently had our front stairs redone by Ian Morton and the team at Hard Rock Landscaping, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the very beginning, Ian provided a fair and transparent quote, clearly outlining the scope of work and answering all our questions. The project was scheduled quickly and started without delay. The team arrived on time each day and worked efficiently under Tom’s supervision, completing the entire job in just two days - much sooner than we anticipated, but precisely as Ian had estimated. ?? Throughout the process, the team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the site was left spotless at the end of each day. Ian and his crew had completed a couple of projects for our daughter and we were impressed by the design and quality of the work, so we asked Ian to replace our front steps. He came by to complete measurements and explain what he thought would work best, and as his price was quite reasonable, we agreed. On the specified date, the crew arrived on time. They were friendly, professional, skilled and hard working, and the crew lead, Tommy, walked us through what they had planned. We were very pleased with the new front steps. Ian called that night to check in with us, and let us know that since they had used less material than expected he was reducing our invoice. That is the kind of honesty and customer service that you do not often see and we were both impressed and appreciative.
