Long Overdue & Well Deserved!
I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while, and I’m so glad I finally did—because outstanding customer service is hard to come by these days, especially when it truly matches the value of what we pay.
My experience wasn’t perfect from start to finish due to a few scheduling hiccups, but that’s actually what makes this review more meaningful. I got to see how this company handles challenges, and their integrity and commitment to quality really stood out.
For example, the sod delivery came up a bit short, and the second ordered batch didn’t meet their standards. Instead of laying it down and leaving me to notice the issue later, Legends stopped the job themselves. That spoke volumes to me—they didn’t wait for me to complain or go back and forth. They stayed in communication, returned with fresh sod in excellent condition, and made sure the job was done right.
What truly blew me away was that the owner himself came out, helped with the work, and even laid the remaining sod in areas of my yard that desperately needed it—but that I hadn’t budgeted for. He did it simply to ensure the sod didn’t go to waste. That act of kindness was so unexpected, and every time I look at that little patch of surprise grass, I think, “Wow, there’s still integrity and kindness out there.”
This kind of above-and-beyond service earned my trust. Their proactive communication and genuine care for their work were a breath of fresh air. I’ll absolutely be using them again for future projects!

Emailed Legends for a small 8’ circle backyard fire pit. Jordan sent over as estimate and I agreed to have the work done. A couple messages were sent back and forth with Christie in the office to schedule. We agreed on Monday 9/22/2025. Took the day off work and they were a no call no show. Lost a days wages and they don’t have the decency to call and say they are behind, need to reschedule, etc…

@Jordan- I appreciate the reply for the light rain we had, but your admin gave me a completely different excuse. She claims there was some repairs that needed to made to the equipment. Sounds like the right foot doesn’t communicate with the left. I wish your business the best, you’re just not for me.

Jordan and his crew did a great job. My landscaping was in need of serious help and they did it. They built it up, remulched, made a trench for water to drain, planted new flowers, relocated previous plants, and kept everything very tidy while they worked. Highly recommended!

I can not tell you how satisfied I am with Legends Landscape. We normally do our lawn ourselves, but this year we were in a position where it just was not possible on the first mow. I initially had Legends out to spruce up our yard and landscaping from the mess and weeds winter had left behind, but I was so pleased with that first job I now have them out every two weeks for regular upkeep. Jordan and his crew are prompt, good with communication, extremely friendly and do a fantastic job. I even saw Jordan skimming the grass clippings out of my pool which is something I consider to be above and beyond. I've referred them to several friends because I am blown away by the reasonable pricing. We've come to terms with the fact that it's okay to have someone else do our yard because of how quick they get it done and how well they price services. I get an invoice through Quickbooks from them monthly which accepts Apple Pay so I am able to cover my invoice with two button clicks on my phone. I absolutely love that. Couldn't be happier and it's so nice to have a beautiful yard all the time.
