CityScapes Landscaping

I highly recommend Cityscapes for your landscaping needs. The whole crew is efficient, friendly and intelligent. Hats off especially to James, Josh, Mike and Brittany who were exceptionally helpful. It was great working with you and I am very pleased with the results.

We had concrete curbing installed with a rock border around our new fence. The designer walked the project with us, sat us down for some sketches, and later gave us CAD plans of the project. This was extremely helpful in visualizing the changes - and keeping us all on the same page. The workers showed up on time, when they said they would. They went out of their way to protect our fresh, clean concrete patio from the equipment they were using. As the initial phases went along we asked for a slight change in the curbing layout (we wanted longer more graceful curves). The foreman worked with us immediately to give us what we wanted. He used spray paint to give us a great visual of the new layout. A third party was used for the concrete curbing pour. They made up their own curves - disregarding the painted lines that were put in place. We contacted CityScapes, and the mislaid curbing was ripped out and replaced by the end of the next day. There could have been no better resolution to this issue. It was resolved quickly, no arguments, no stress. The curbing layout was fixed and looks great. When you call them, a person picks up the phone. They aren't on another job with equipment in the background, or behaving as if your call is interrupting a job they are on. Their messaging system for signing contracts and "email" is another bonus for us. This is also answered promptly either through email, or a phone call and didn't require a lot of driving to their office to sign contracts or change orders. I cannot recommend CityScapes Landscaping highly enough. The process was as smooth as it could have gone. Any hiccups were resolved super quickly. We would absolutely use CityScapes in any future landscaping projects.

Cityscapes was a great company to work with from start to finish for our landscaping project around our back patio. It came out wonderful and they worked with me very well on minor changes we wanted to the design. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality design and great team on their installation crew. Shout out to James (sales) for being great at staying in contact with me through the whole process.

We had a wonderful experience with Cityscapes. Michael, James and Brittany were all super personable and easy to work with. We knew what our timeline was and when projects were expected to be completed. All work was done when they said it would be done. Excellent customer service and communication.
