Modern Landscape

Modern Landscape leveled my back yard which abutted the river. They did a beautiful job. Bought in fill dirt and replaced the grass. Also completely revamped all of the landscaping around the house. They did an amazing job and everyone was exceptional to work with. The best part was their price was a quarter of the other quotes Absolutely will use them again.

Modern Landscape was tremendous help in the design and installation of both soft and hardscape in my front and backyards. Tree placement was excellent and they have been very easy to work with. Adrian is such a top notch person, we really enjoy working with him and the whole ML Team!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Modern Landscape! From start to finish, the team was professional, creative, and incredibly skilled. Our finished yard is absolutely breathtaking — complete with two beautiful fountains, a sunken firepit, an outdoor kitchen, new pavers, and lush landscaping with trees, shrubs, and perennials. Scott, Christian, and Adrian were each amazing to work with — every one of them brought their own expertise and attention to detail, and it showed in the final result. The crew worked tirelessly, stayed on schedule, and was always friendly and respectful. We completed our project in the fall (August–November), and Modern Landscape honored their warranty by returning in the spring to ensure everything was thriving. The transformation exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re so glad we chose Modern Landscape and would recommend them to anyone looking to create a truly stunning outdoor space!

Enjoyed dealing with Nick, Scott and Adrian. A very competent management team and easy to work with. I won't say the project was without a hitch or two; but, all issues get resolved and the final product is everything I expected. Extra special happy with the drainage out to the yard (previously - water under the house making time with the sump pump).

Nick and his crew are awesome! I can't recommend these guys enough. The guys worked very hard and are very professional. Nick met with us multiple times to lay out exactly what we wanted. We have had a lot of work down on our house, so we are familiar with how companies get things done. Nick was by far the best at setting and meeting our expectations. It seems to me that getting the work done is easy, but what is not easy is communication between customers, sales, and the crew. That is where Modern Landscape shines. ALL questions/emails were answered promptly, and communication to his guys was obviously very good, nothing was missed. We asked for quite a bit of extra work to be done that was not on the original bid, and that was never a problem. If any problems came up, Nick dealt with them quickly. There is good reason why these guys are the best. Thanks guys! We could not be happier with our new back yard!!!
