Which was FAR more productive, than all 7 of my requests by email. Glad they sent it!After my Fall Clean-up :(I shared my disappointment with the manager giving him time to respond ~ that was almost 3 weeks ago. Was hoping to hear back, nope!Unfortunately the man who had done such a remarkable job last spring --- He isn't there anymore. It was very obvious.The job was mowing (just like they did every 2 weeks this summer) over all the leaves and a bit of trimming, then blowing to clean-up, that was it. No mulching either. The price was outrageous, compared to the thorough job, they did last spring -- absolutely NO comparison!Consistency and good communication is so important in business; thus the change to only 3 stars !
Recently I switched to Allen and Sons due to lack of dependability and communication with my previous company. I have been extremely pleased with the service all the way around. This was our first time using Allen & Son lawn service and it definitely won’t be our last! Most of our backyard was practically a dirt pit, and they did an amazing job transforming it by laying sod and aeration & seeding. They were very reasonably priced and got the job done quickly. Dave even came to water our sod when we went out of town a couple weeks after installation. Thank you for making our backyard beautiful!!
