Not happy with them at all. I accepted their proposal to have a maintenance free backyard by covering it with landscaping fabric and put mulch on top. I asked if the weeds/grass will grow through the fabric and he said they used a special heavy duty fabric that wouldn't be penetrated through. First of all, he didn't give me a definitive date to come to my house to start the work. On text, he always says he will confirm in the new couple days but there was not a confirmation received until I had to call and follow up. Second, Right after the work was done, I examined my backyard and found that there were 2 inch gaps along the fences that they didn't fully cover with the fabric, potentially allowing weeds growing back again in the future. I had to cover those gaps myself. Third, a week later, I noticed that something actually has grown through the fabric. At first, it was just here and there. Couple days later, more and more weeds/grass grew through the fabric. I contacted him to come and fix it since he said nothing would grow through the fabric. As usual, never a definitive date given to come on site until I had to follow up, resulting in my inability to arrange to work from home to see them. They did come for the first time and said that they sprayed something again. However, 3 days later, they grew right back again. I contacted them again to fix it. I texted and I called. He didn't call back to discuss the issues at all. Not sure if they ever will come fix the problems they left behind. I am not happy with the work, communication and customer service. Their work was not detailed enough leaving gaps uncovered. The quality of products they used is not as good as they claimed. The weeds/grass grow right back through the fabric after they finished their work despite of the fact that they told me nothing would grow through the fabric. And the worst thing is that when I contacted them with the issues , no response received. Now I have to fix it myself after paying them a lot of money. I really don't appreciate this at all - you tell them there is a problem, no response and just leave you hanging. No active communications or solutions, let alone fixing it. They are just gone. So irresponsible. Worst company I've ever hired for any of my home projects. If you want to go with them, just pray that it's done right the first time and no follow up and subsequent issues. Excellent company. They came the day they said they would at the time they said. This is unfortunately not the case with a lot of contractors. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything at the end. Very reasonable rates. Would recommend them for your gardening needs. Thanks!
