I would highly recommend Legacy Landscape for Christmas lights on your home. The crew does Amazing work and worked with our budget. We ALWAYS get so many compliments on our lights for the last couple years from our neighbors and guests we have over each year for our annual Christmas party. I have referred so many friends and family, all have been very happy with the service they received

We have hired Legacy Landscape for mowing and landscape installs and have been very happy with the results. Nick has been excellent at communicating and has been reliable. His landscape design is beautiful and he stayed within our budget. Other than rainy weeks Nick has mowed and edged our properties weekly without fail! We appreciate the team working so diligently! We highly recommend Legacy and Nick to take great care of your property!

The reason these guys get such good reviews is because they absolutely deserve them. All the rain this summer undid my beautiful back yard sanctuary and I knew I needed help. Not only did they help,They were joyful and did an absolutely amazing job. They are busy, for good reason, because they are the best. 10/10

A word of caution to anyone seeking lawn care services: steer clear of Legacy Landscape. My experience with this company has been a cascade of disappointments, ranging from shoddy workmanship to a contract that felt more like a trap and a billing department that requires constant vigilance. The plethora of positive online reviews is easily explained by their aggressive tactic of immediately soliciting them upon signup, a practice that masks a deeply flawed and unprofessional operation.

The quality of the work performed was consistently subpar. The crews, who often seemed rushed, would mow the lawn but consistently failed to address the basics, like picking up sticks and small debris beforehand. This resulted in a messy, unfinished look and the constant need for me to clean up after they had supposedly "finished."

My request to have our hedges trimmed turned into a visual disaster. The once-uniform shrubs were left looking lopsided and uneven, a clear indication of a lack of skill and attention to detail. It was a "wonky" job that will take a significant amount of time to correct.

Adding to the frustration, the company showed a complete disregard for our property. On more than one occasion, their team serviced the lawn shortly after a heavy rain, leaving deep, muddy tire marks in the saturated grass. A professional and considerate company would have deferred the service for a day or two to avoid such damage.

One of the most concerning aspects of our engagement with Legacy Landscape was the unexpected and unprofessional nature of their staffing. We were never informed that they subcontract some of their work. This led to a disconcerting situation where an individual from a completely different and unknown company arrived at our home on a random day, unscheduled, to perform services. This lack of communication and transparency is a significant security and quality control concern.

The billing practices of Legacy Landscape are equally troubling. We encountered multiple errors on our invoices, ranging from incorrect charges to services billed that were not performed. It became a necessity to scrutinize every bill, a task no customer should have to undertake.

The final straw, however, was the predatory nature of their contract and the vindictive charges we faced upon cancellation. The contract is designed to be difficult and costly to exit. Upon expressing our dissatisfaction and intent to cancel, we were hit with a slew of unnecessary and punitive charges that felt like a direct act of spite.

Based on our experience, I strongly advise anyone considering Legacy Landscape to look elsewhere. If you are already a customer and are experiencing similar issues, particularly with billing and cancellation, I would suggest having a consumer protection lawyer review all documentation and charges before making any final payments. The initial appeal of what may seem like a professional operation is a facade for a company that, in our experience, lacks integrity, professionalism, and a basic commitment to quality service.

Great to work with! Sent in a request for Christmas lighting quote & they came out a few days later to measure and give us different options. We selected one and added some extra lights to our big Santa skeleton, which they were happy to do. They came out less than a week later and got all the lights hung so we could have them on before a holiday party we were hosting.
