Reviews frequently mention helpful planning and design input from the owner and crew. Many note tidy workmanship, respectful crews, and results that match the agreed scope at a fair price. Some customers mentioned scheduling taking longer than expected during busy periods. There is also a recent critical review about snow removal responsiveness at a residential complex.

I contracted them for Snow Plowing and Shoveling of a Residential Elderly Veterens apartment complex in downtown. Even though I spoke to Thomas about the importance of the wheel chair ramp for tenants for doctors appointments especially in mornings , I was assured he does this all over and he understands the importance of a clean ramp with half the building in wheelchairs. I had to call Tom every snowfall this season, and was then informed he doesn't go out " trigger" unless there is 4 inches and its after the storm within 4 hours. How are these people gonna get out of building SAFELY. He does no preventative salting from melting snow. After many warnings we terminated his service. There is a camera on the wheelchair ramp so very easy to monitor. Would not recommend

Landscape for Less, as the name suggests, was not our direct goal when we were calling around and talking to prospective companies to re-do out front garden beds. We were looking for a company that would work with us and help us to accomplish what we had in mind at a fair price. Tom and his crew at Landscapes for Less were fully engaged and more. From start to finish, Tom was directly involved in every step in the process. We had specific desires on the exact stone, blocks and grasses we wanted. Tom acquired them and stored them until the job started. Once the work started, he directly oversaw every aspect of all the work. The job was completed in a timely manner and cleanup every day was exceptional. Attention to the details for me is very, very important and I can say that Tom and all his crew had that mindset in everything they did. Polite, professional and accommodating changes as the job went forward was demonstrated throughout the entire process. Could not be happier with the result and working with Tom was a pleasure.

I had several landscapers give me quotes. Tom came out and we had a discussion on what I was looking for and I really didn’t know exactly what we wanted but we wanted simple. Tom gave me a few ideas and we went ahead with his proposal. It took longer for them to get to my house than originally discussed but that is understandable for any contractor. It’s the nature of the beast.

Tom’s crew went above and beyond of our expectations. They raked out the front yard, which wasn’t originally discussed and cut down some rose of Sharon’s. It really felt like they truly cared about their craftsmanship and you don’t find that a lot in today’s world.

Very appreciative of tom and his crew. Will definitely use him in the future if something arises.

Thank you

Landscape for Less did a fantastic job on our landscaping. We needed a full overhaul, including design/prep/install, and they delivered - the photos speak for themselves. Their price was comparable to other quotes we got and they take a lot of pride in their work to do it the right way. The crew worked very hard and were kind and courteous while they were at our house. Tom also spent quite a bit of time with us going to nurseries to pick out what we wanted to plant and gave us a lot of good suggestions and insight into what would work in our space. If I had to give feedback, it would be that we didn’t know how the entire process would work upfront and we interpreted that as a lack of communication. As soon as I brought this up to Tom, it got much better and we felt more comfortable and in the loop after that. All around would definitely recommend working with Landscapes for Less!

I hired Lanscape for less after having two overgrown trees and shrubs removed to re do my front landscaping and am super happy with the job they did.
Tom and Sadie gave me a more than fair estimate and came back on time in a week and surpassed my expectations with the job there crew did.
Me and the wife wanted a simple clean low maintenance look and they delivered with a Japanese maple and stones where the bed meets the driveway to boot!
I’m attaching before and after photos and definitely will recommend this company to friends and family and have them back for any other services needed.
