Reviews
What customers say
Customers mention a varied selection of stones, rocks and garden ornaments. One buyer reported that a delivered basalt fountain rock had an uneven base and a hole cored at an angle, so water would not flow properly. A customer described an installation as seamless and praised Gord's attention to detail.

Without the awesome sales and yard staff that run the day to day operations here, it would just be a supply yard with a bunch of boring rocks. Shout out to the folks hiding upstairs that have to put up with David and Gord. heehee thanks for everything!

Very disappointed! Spent $3200 on a Basalt fountain rock only to find out that after it was delivered, the base was not cut level and the hole was not cored strait up and down but at an angle so water will never flow properly out of it! I hope they will help correct the problem!

Great selection of stone garden decor. The woman who works there could be a lot more customer orientated. Got mad when asked to many questions that she didn't know the answer to then walked of declaring she had work to do. Like anything is more important than working with a customer.

I cannot recommend Northwest Landscape & Stone Supply - Burnaby enough! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely exceptional. I recently purchased two stunning gargoyles for our front driveway gates, and every aspect of the process was handled perfectly.
From my initial inquiry to the seamless installation, the team was incredibly professional and attentive. Special recognition goes to Gord Driver, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything exceeded our expectations. His expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.
The quality of the gargoyles is phenomenal, and they’ve become a statement piece that has truly elevated the look of our driveway. If you’re looking for high-quality products and top-notch service, Northwest Landscape & Stone Supply - Burnaby is the place to go. Thank you for a flawless experience!

Good varieties of stones and rocks for landscape projects. Interesting stone sculptures and fountains available. Staff can be helpful but not friendly.
