Diadem installed a back interlock patio with new stairs, side walkway, submerged a side downspout, fixed existing patio stones near the front created a nice ramp/walkway, installed sod and created a garden between the patio and fence. Our back yard was horrible and dingy before, now we finally have a nice outdoor space to enjoy with our young son for the rest of the season and many years to come.The work only took about a week, they all worked very hard and got it done on time, and were all polite and friendly. I received many quotes, and Tom came in $8k less than a competitor we were considering.I am very happy we went with Tom and his team, they did a great job, and has been very responsive since completion with any questions or concerns we have had. Would highly recommend!
Tom and his team replaced our retaining wall, or what was left of it ( very old! ). From the start we felt comfortable with Tom and his vision of the final product. His team was hard working all day and clearly have a great working relationship. We had compliments from our neighbours about how hard they worked through the day! All made sure we were satisfied with the final product. Would definitely recommend. Thanks crew!
Could not say enough good things about the folks at Diadem. We did a complete overhaul on our backyard, and they were amazing! Tom was incredibly helpful in helping us think through the design and challenging grading we were starting with. Their team is so incredibly hardworking to the point I had neighbours coming to me impressed with the work ethic of the crew. Thrilled to have a space for the kids to play, and functional space for hosting.We opted partway to have them do the space between my and my neighbours home, and they made that process incredibly easy, providing a very economic option that allows for water to flow through seamlessly with.
