Diadem Landscape & Pools

We had such a great experience with Tom, Carla and the whole Diadem team from start to finish. We were hesitant finding a company redo our backyard patio that we could trust. Right from the start, they were straightforward with their quote, pricing, and all of their options. They had some great recommendations and were great with their communication and staying in touch. The work itself was done with such care and detail and turned out above expectations. The team was kind, respectful, gave us daily updates, and cleaned up the site after work was done. It's nervy finding a good company to work with but we would highly recommend Diadem for just about anything. Thank you!

Deciding on who to work with for a significant pool and landscaping project is never without its risks. Will the project be completed on time and on budget? Will it exceed expectations? Will the process be smooth, and most importantly, fun? These are all important factors to consider - and at the heart of it all, the decision ultimately comes down to trust. I am happy to share that Diadem earned our trust early on and carried it through every stage of the project. From start to finish, they delivered with excellence, professionalism, and a true commitment to exceeding our expectations. The Diadem team was not just a contracting company; they became our partners and advisors, guiding us with honesty, creativity, and expertise. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence at every step, and the entire experience was both rewarding and fun. Choosing to work with Diadem was the best decision we made - and I am confident you will feel the same.

Diadem installed a back interlock patio with new stairs, side walkway, submerged a side downspout, fixed existing patio stones near the front created a nice ramp/walkway, installed sod and created a garden between the patio and fence. Our back yard was horrible and dingy before, now we finally have a nice outdoor space to enjoy with our young son for the rest of the season and many years to come. The work only took about a week, they all worked very hard and got it done on time, and were all polite and friendly. I received many quotes, and Tom came in $8k less than a competitor we were considering. I am very happy we went with Tom and his team, they did a great job, and has been very responsive since completion with any questions or concerns we have had. Would highly recommend!
