We recently finished building our house and the backyard was honestly a bit of a sore eye, so we hired Mr. Outdoor Living (Luke, Bill and their crew) to install a 20×20 paver patio with rounded edges and privacy planting along our fence. After getting several quotes, they stood out for their price, timeline, and experience.
They completed everything in just two days—excavation, base, pavers, and planting 32 privacy trees plus additional shrubs, which completely transformed the space. The owners met with us beforehand and was on site both days guiding the crew and keeping the project on schedule. At the end,
everything was left spotless.

What happens during installation of a paver patio?
Work begins with an on-site grading and drainage review, followed by excavation, a compacted crushed-aggregate base and a sand setting bed. The final polymeric sand is applied after inspection, and permits are pulled where required.
What are Mr. Outdoor Living’s planting warranty terms?
Under its planting terms, the warranty lasts 90 days with an automatic irrigation system and 30 days without irrigation. It excludes perennials and plantings damaged by pests, vandalism, pets or extreme weather.
Does Mr. Outdoor Living guarantee drainage work?
Its drainage terms do not guarantee drainage solutions and disclaim responsibility for adverse drainage problems caused by extreme weather. They provide a 30-day warranty for drainage issues related to workmanship.
When is the final payment due?
Deposits vary by project size, and the terms call for multiple payments during the work; final payment is due when the job is complete.
