Poor performance across the board. They make many promises and deliver next to nothing. US Lawns neglects the broad strokes and the details. I had to replant nearly everything they installed this spring. It would have been better to do the work my self than manage their mistakes and carelessness. I recommend going elsewhere.

I live in a Hoa community and we use this company, but they are forgetful, miss backyards , and the funny thing is one of the workers went into my backyard and looked around at the grass and didnt cut it, next thing i know they packed up there truck and left. This happen yesterday 04/11/2025 at north end commons in charlotte.

US Lawns has done a remarkable job improving our business park since taking it over last year. Jimmy Keller has been a valuable resource in improving the overall look of the business park. Would highly recommend US Lawns to any association looking for lawn and landscape maintenance.

UPDATE: Heard from US Lawn and replacements are on the way. Updated to 3 stars since the problem seems to be getting resolved, just wish communications would have been handled better.
Crew destroyed Christmas lights on my property and was told they would be replaced. Have since been ghosted and had no update. US Lawn and HOA seem to just passing the buck back and forth to take any responsibility for careless actions by their workers
