While he was clearly knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about, communication throughout the process was extremely difficult. He rescheduled on us several times, often at the last minute after telling us he would be out on a certain day. We frequently had to reach out ourselves just to get updates on scheduling.It was also very hard to get in touch with him. Messages would often go unanswered for several days, and even phone calls typically took a day or more to receive a response. When we were finally able to get ahold of him, he would apologize for the lack of communication but then explain it away by saying how busy he was. While we understand that businesses get busy, the repeated lack of communication and constant rescheduling became very frustrating.After waiting over a month for service and experiencing yet another reschedule, we ultimately had to hire a different landscaper. We were actively dealing with water coming into our home, so unfortunately we could not continue waiting any longer.Honestly, we would have appreciated it more if he had simply told us upfront that he was unable to take on the job or was not accepting new clients at that time. That would have allowed us to make other arrangements sooner rather than continuing to wait without a clear timeline
Bradley was wonderful to work with, very nice, polite, and professional. If all the contractors I have used were as good as Bradley it would be a wonderful thing. He was very understanding and accommodating when we changed our plans, he did exceptional work and was timely and always cleaned up. I would highly recommend him for your project, he just finished mine today and was so impressed I am waiting for another quote from him.Greg

Bradley is super talented and hardworking. We cannot say enough good things about him. He turned our rocky unruly backyard into a gorgeous landscape. He always communicated when he was coming and was always super professional and respectful. His pricing was very reasonable too.

Bradley was quick to answer my call and was out to my home that very day to give us a free evaluation. He was extremely professional yet personable — helping me to see the vision we were hoping for. Within a little over a week, he and his team were started on our project and done within 2 days. I would recommend Blue Mountain to anyone!
