As the design build general contractor (Kim L Woods Construction) for this project, we hired Henry and his team to paver the porches and pool deck. From the start, they were nothing but top notch. As a contractor, communication is so important. Henry was always there to answer every call and text while also being aware of our timeline. Much like we do, Henry and his team take pride in quality craftsmanship that will stand the test of time. Their prep work and attention to detail throughout the installation process shows in the final product. We, along with the homeowners, could not be more pleased!

We chose Dreamscapes over other professional hardscape contractors to install a new patio for several reasons. When the patio was finished, we were glad we did. Dreamscapes has decades of experience installing hardscapes. They also have the equipment and tools, labor force, and supervisory oversight to ensure hardscape projects are done right the first time. In addition, Dreamscapes is a manufacturer certified installer of the Unilock pavers we chose for our patio. Dreamscapes owner Henry Hayes responded to our request for a proposal within 24 hours of submitting the request online. Other hardscaping companies we requested proposals from either never responded or responded months after submitting a request. Henry came to our home and provided us with creative ideas for our new patio. He also recommended rerouting rainwater from a gutter downspout to prevent future water damage to the new patio (something another professional landscaper did not identify). Henry provided us with a detailed proposal and answered all our follow-up questions. He even came to our home a second time to clarify how the project would be done. We were impressed with Henry ‘s professionalism and his confidence that his team could do the job right the first time. The Dreamscapes installation team, which included an on-site supervisor, conducted themselves professionally. The quality of their work was exemplary, and they constructed the patio with attention-to-detail. They left the job site in good condition at the end of each workday. Whenever the installation team faced a difficulty, they did what was necessary to ensure the project was completed correctly and as planned. We are very pleased with our new patio and highly recommend Dreamscapes for your hardscaping projects.

Just finished a major backyard pool installation project. Project required significant amount of oversight and management of field line relocation, earthwork, pool installation, and hardscape/landscape work… Henry and his team are absolutely amazing! Epitome of do what you say you’ll do, do it on time and on budget… Transparent and professional and of the highest ethical standards… You cannot ask for a better partner to help you work through a major project and home investment effort. Most impressive is how Henry and his pool install partner Matt are hands on - guiding their teams to successful completion of each step of the project. They don’t skimp for a second on quality, and nothing but exceptional work is acceptable to them. Their teams were terrific and I just can’t speak more highly of the end product… Would use Dreamscapes again 100 times out of 100 if given the opportunity… You cannot go wrong with Henry and his team!!

Working with Henry Hayes at Dreamscapes has been an absolute dream. He was professional, highly communicative, and incredibly organized throughout the entire process. The contract was clear and easy to understand, and he stuck to the timeline without issue. He did everything you hope a contractor will do—but rarely see done this well. Henry and his team provided excellent service with high quality work. I used Dreamscapes for both my new home build landscape construction, as well as a renovation project, and both turned out beautifully. They provide thoughtful design plans in regards to both aesthetics and function. The craftsmanship is excellent, the price is fair, and they pay good attention to detail.
