Brooks transformed my yard from the ground up, full landscape design, new flower beds, underground drainage, and multiple trees. The results look fantastic, and the value for the amount of work they did was unbeatable.

What impressed me most was their customer service and integrity. Two of the trees didn’t take in my soil, and they replaced them twice, the second time with a different species at my request and with no hassle or excuses. They fully honored their warranty and were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire project.

For starters They are very nice people. The owner was very nice to deal with and seemed to listen and helped us figure out what we wanted. We liked her vision as well.
When it comes the install, that is where things went down hill. They put in a flower bed along property line and it’s not straight. They don’t use weed matting which I do not understand. Now grass is all over the place growing through. There is a clear line between the beds that I personally did and the ones they did. Also several plants are dying which she said we have a year warranty so we will call on that. I am a little disappointed that the owner didn’t come back out to check the finished project as she would have seen how crooked the bed was. But now even my neighbors say it looks bad. I am going to have to redo everything I sent a picture of the bed enclosed by concrete border (that I did) to show the difference between mine with weed matting and theirs without it.

Gail and her team are exceptional. She assisted with a redesign of existing landscape that was thoughtful and beautiful. This all took place during tragedy and transition within the Brooks family and Gail was patient, communicative, and intentional. We received a quote from another popular company that did not take into account any of the desires that were stated. Gail transformed the requests we made into reality and was able to apply her expertise to help facilitate a beautiful outcome! Truly the best!

The wife wanted some help with drainage issues we've been having in the yard; I wanted some new landscaping in the back......Brooks delivered on all accounts!
