This was the 2nd project I had with Big Bird, and I am completely satisfied with the results! They show up for estimates, and work when they say they will. They have excellent communication, and the workmanship is incredible. They are very professional and I find that to be a very rare quality in the landscaping industry. I also spoke with one of their employees and he said that the management treats him very well. Treating employees and customers well and providing excellent results, makes it easy for me to Highly Recommend Big Bird Landscaping!

Big Bird Landscaping does wonderful work! I am very pleased with the high quality of products used and their attention to detail. The workers at my house were courteous and respectful of my property. Nestor and his staff run a tight ship! Nestor arrived at our estimate appointment ON TIME, and delivered the estimate within a few days. After agreeing to the estimate, he came out again approximately 2 weeks before work was to start to walk through the plans. Then he showed up AGAIN after the work was completed to ensure I was satisfied with the final results. That's customer service!! The office staff on the top of their game, keeping me informed of appointments and even gave me a courtesy call when Nestor was running a few minutes late. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

We are so pleased with the work of Big Bird for our backyard landscaping project. We love our patio, pondless water feature, rock work, and plants and trees.
