I would give 0 stars if it were an option...I have been trying to get them since Monday, 2/9, a month. On 2/9 I was driving down the road and they were blowing at a property they were working at and a rock flew up and busted my windshield. I called them and left a voice mail and did the contact us on the website, no reply, kept calling and finally on 2/12, Thursday Victor called me back and I told him when & where as well as what happened and the approximate time, he was going to get with his boss and call me back...a few more days pass by and I again am calling and everything I can do to in touch with someone. Today the phone was actually answered and Victor called me back and said they talked about it and they weren't going to do anything about it...so it was a peck that could be fixed now it is 3/4 across my windshield and about to be in my line of sight and they don't feel they did anything wrong...If you see them out there working just know if the throw a rock they don't care about you and your windshield, even though they carry insurance for things like this, and they have awful customer service...Surprise, they are NOT a member of the BBB - Better Business Bureau!Now I get to pay to replace my windshield...
We have LSG manage the lawn care of our neighborhood, Myers Park, in Arlington,TN. The quality of their service is the worst and they do not seem to care. Take your business elsewhere.
They do a great job, with the grounds where I live.
