I cannot say enough great things about Tim Johnson at All service home and lawn. He has mulched, trimmed my hedges beautifully, and removed leaves — and every single time, the results have been outstanding. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. What sets him apart is his incredible work ethic. He shows up, and doesn’t stop until everything looks perfect. On top of that, his pricing is beyond fair — honestly, I feel like I’m getting way more than I’m paying for. But what I value most is the trust. Letting someone work around your home requires confidence in that person, and he has earned mine completely. He is honest, respectful, and genuinely cares about doing a great job for his customers. If you’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy to take care of your lawn and yard, look no further. I highly recommend him — 5 stars, without hesitation!

Tim has been wonderful to work with. This is the first year I've wanted help with yard maintenance and my experience with AllService has been smooth. I had my yard aeratored and over seeded. After my first experience I decided to have my fall leaf removal and again Tim did not disappoint. Quick to respond and easy to work with.

Used Tim to clear 2 years worth of leaves from a very wooded lot in December 2023. They did a great job! Once we got on the schedule, the yard was cleared in a few hours at a very reasonable price! Definitely will be using them in the future!

I was told if the grass hasn't grown he would not cut when I was told weekly service. I asked once why he had cut when literally it did not rain or even grow and he said it still needed it. Today I took a picture which is below before leaving for work and then again tonight when I realized he had mowed (I saw grass on my porch). I was surprised literally maybe a quarter of inch difference from the before and after which both are below. I then asked if he could just come biweekly and he dropped me as a customer. Not sure where all the 5 star reviews came from but every week for a cut to barely cut the grass doesn't seem fair at all. UPDATE Owners reply is a joke. Poor angle and does not show grass height properly??? What does that even mean! Did he measure the height everytime he cut. The pictures clearly show almost no differences between before and after. This review was not untrue at all, there is a difference between wanting to keep a lawn nice and coming home and at times finding it cut so short that literally you see brown instead of green. But I didn't say anything after I saw this but now I will mention it. Also after I had given my rating the stars came down to to 4.9. Someone rated a 5 star right after mine to bring the score back up with what sounds like a fake review. Seems kinda of suspicious to me.
