The good...quoting was easy and the crew that was sent to my home kicked absolute ass on the actual installation. The bad...project management and coordination don't have a clue, and will not take responsibility or return calls. Was told installation of sod would happen by Wednesday 4/29, but when schedule shifted, we had to call them and they stated we should have gotten an email. We did not get emails for Tuesday or Wednesday, but they stated that wasn't their fault either apparently..... -Ssod was delivered to the curb on Tuesday 4/28 at 7am and blocked entry to the staging area of installation. Where is the top soil going to go? -Top soil was delivered Wednesday 4/29 at 2pm and dropped in the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD blocking entry to our neighborhood in a blind turn because the top soil could not be dropped in the proper location due to the 7 pallets of sod that were left at the curb. You can imagine our neighborhood Facebook page wasn't at all thrilled about that. Sparta finally came to move the top soil out the street at 8pm just to break my concrete in the process as he did not bring wood to put down to protect it. Ultimately, the day it was getting installed wasn't the issue, but communicate to clients and material delivery drivers when plans change so you don't create an unorganized nightmare for the people who trusted the business during this process. We have spoken with Ashley, Andrew, and Colton and nobody wants to return the call. Bad news doesn't get better with time so trying to sit out a conversation is just bad business. Do better.
