After many years of being a loyal customer, I am horribly dissatisfied with how he treated me. He had an emergency and had to leave the country. He told me he’d be back in about a week and by the following week we’d have service.. We said we understood and it was no problem at all. Another three weeks went by and he said he would be changing his business model, but would give us one more service by August 24 so that it would give us time to find a replacement. That made it more than two months since our last service, but we totally understood and told him we appreciated that he was coming one more time to make sure we had time to get a replacement. That was his offer and commitment to me. Then he just ghosted me and never came to do the final service as he had promised. So it was almost 3 months of us counting on him to come back and do what he said. We never did him wrong in any way. We paid on time. Never complained. But he didn’t even have the courtesy to talk to me on the phone when I left a couple of messages to clarify exactly what was going on. Not even, “Sorry, I won’t be able to make it one more time”. Again, we paid on time like clockwork. We never complained about anything. Just dumped, but given a commitment he would do another service so we had time to find a replacement. Then he didn’t show That’s no way to run a business.

Our lighthouse point property has way too much landscaping for my husband to do on his own and we BBQ often so we needed a reputable landscaper. I am so happy with James and his team.. they come every two weeks and keep our backyard and front yard looking picture perfect. Customer service is great too.. anything extra we need we can text, call or email and they actually reply right away! They care a lot. That's why they deserve this review! Thank you!

The team is hear weekly and our front and backyard are always n such good shape we always get compliments from our friends . We just learned that they also offer landscape construction so we are hiring them to replace the pavers in our backyard and build a patio cover (Pergula) so we can sit outside and enjoy our backyard over dinner .
