I first reached out to Kayla in the fall of 2024 about an artificial turf + garden perimeter install in my yard as I didn’t want the hassle of lawn maintenance at my townhome. I had many concepts of a layout that I pondered over before proceeding. Kayla was so patient throughout this process and provided very helpful insight to make my vision a reality. It was apparent to me from the onset that Kayla takes a lot of pride in her work and is an expert in her craft. You could tell she was eager to take on this project and showed genuine interest in my vision. The same can be said for her crew as well.

Terra Vie Landscaping has a whole were very professional and prompt to answer any of my emails/texts/calls throughout the project. I was provided with constant communication/feedback and was informed in advance when the crew would be on site. The entire team were reliable. These days, finding a landscape crew that is reliable and possesses the qualities above is not easy. I initially reached out to many landscaping companies in the valley and Kayla @ Terra Vie Landscaping was the only one who got back to me and could accommodate me quickly. Her initial estimate for this project was also spot on and there were no surprise costs after the project was completed. Kayla had even offered to stop by herself to do a final inspection at no charge to ensure everything with the install was in proper order.

One last notable mention that I don’t want to leave out is the professionalism and cleanliness from the entire crew. I live in a strata and the yards are quite close to each other. My neighbours were very complimentary of the crew’s respect to noise and making sure the common areas were clear of debris and that they cleaned up everything at the end of their day. So if you’re living in a strata and worried about this kind of thing, rest assured, Terra Vie Landscaping is top notch in this regard.

Fast forward to the completion date and I am beyond satisfied with how it all turned out. In all honestly, it is better than I expected. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have had Terra Vie Landscaping take on this project. The quality of the work and materials used really stand out. It is a complete transformation and I will thoroughly enjoy my morning coffees and gardening in my new yard.
