They communicated a week in advance when they would be out to my home to do the landscaping which made it super easy to plan for since I work 5 days a week. They were professional, efficient, and reliable. I’m very happy with what they did for us and will be reaching back out for some more work in the very near future.
Best estimate we received from a bonded, licensed, insured lawn company, but also incredible service. Everyone we spoke with - from the folks on the phone to the gentleman who came out to do the estimate, to the team who did the job - were friendly and helpful. The work was top notch and they cleaned everything up so well you'd never know there had been a mess at the outset. We'll definitely be returning to Dunham for future yard work needs!
Ryan and his crews always do a great job for us. We would not consider using anyone else for our landscaping needs. They are very open when it comes to schedule and pricing, so there are no issues down the road. We would highly recommend them, and have to those who are looking for a great contractor. Purchased a cord of ‘seasoned’ wood only to find that it isn’t actually seasoned and it isn’t a true cord. I split and tested a bunch of pieces with my moisture meter and all of them ranged anywhere from 30-50%. I even asked ahead of time if their wood was below 20% and was assured that it would be. I stacked the wood I got from them and it’s only about half a cord based on my measurements (two stacks in photo). Just a really poor experience overall. If you’re someone that heats your home with wood, I’d highly recommend buying elsewhere.
Dunhams should be everyone's number 1 go to for anything lawn care to clearouts. We recently bought a home that the last owner had let the property totally overgrow there were bushes and shrubs and trees everywhere and although we had a chain link fence we could not even see where it was. These guys did amazing job clearing out my yard. It looks like a totally different property we are very pleased with the result ....if anyone is in the Dayton area and you're looking for a great crew to do something with your yard.we highly recommend Dunhams..they were fabulous. ...... they work their behinds off for 2 days in a row and the results are below. Before and after pics. We will be using them again in the spring to do the overseeding for grass.
