Liapis Landscape & Design

True professionals from start to finish. Not often do you have high expectations for something because the sales person is thorough about your project but then to have those expectations blown out of the water, wow. What they did for my lawn beds, shed pad, grading of the lawn itself, and parking pad are nothing short of miraculous. I wouldn't hesitate to call Phil and his team again to get the job done right.

Absolutely the best. Perfectly and personally tailored to our needs. Phil KNOWS what he’s doing and the service crew is amazing. This team operates with integrity and perfectionism of the best kind. I appreciate the direct feedback and solutions and you can’t beat the overall experience, service and price.

As a property manager, finding reliable, high-quality vendors can be one of the most challenging aspects of the job — but working with Liapis Landscaping has made it incredibly easy. Their exceptional service has not only lightened my workload but has truly elevated the appearance of the communities I represent. Homeowners and board members alike have consistently commented on how beautiful and well-maintained the properties look since Liapis began their work. Their attention to detail, consistency, and pride in their work are evident in every project they touch. I would especially like to commend Justin, who has been absolutely fabulous to work with. His professionalism, responsiveness, and proactive communication have made all the difference. I always know that when Liapis Landscaping is involved, the job will be done right — and beautifully. Thank you to the entire Liapis team for making my job easier and for helping our communities shine!
