Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise crew communication and efficient work. One customer appreciated care around marked sprinklers and deck cleanup; another said sprinkler winterization was quick and effective. Feedback is mixed: one customer says an initial cleanup left weeds and damaged perennials, but the company apologized and provided four additional service hours, after which the yard was cleaned; an HOA-courtyard customer reports a weed-infested, barren lawn, sprinklers still off near Memorial Day and unclear repair timing.

Very happy with how the yard looks now. I thought I was going to need to schedule more time but they were very fast and efficient and finished early. They did extra work on the front yard as well. Will definitely use ACA again.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens before A Cut Above Landscape schedules residential service?
The company performs a property discovery and measurement to prepare a custom quote. Before service, customers receive a notification confirming the day and time window.
What conditions apply to A Cut Above Landscape’s sprinkler winterization warranty?
Coverage runs from completion of winterization to completion of activation; A Cut Above Landscape must complete the full winterization, including shutting off and draining the water at the indoor sprinkler shutoff valve, and perform the activation. Winterization must occur before the first hard freeze, and work by another provider on the system or shutoff valve during the coverage period voids the warranty.
What accumulation triggers A Cut Above Landscape’s residential snow service?
The Bronze, Silver and Gold residential packages use 3-, 2- and 1-inch accumulation thresholds, respectively. Once triggered, service is guaranteed within six hours after snowfall ends, or once per day during continuous snowfall.
What care does A Cut Above Landscape recommend after overseeding?
The company recommends short watering cycles three times daily for 14 days to keep soil and seed moist. It advises against weed killer for 6–8 weeks and mowing for 14–21 days.
