Reviews
What customers say
Customer experiences differ: one praises the extra care given to garden concerns, while another appreciates Dillon’s interest in answering questions. Several other customers describe damage or unresolved issues: one says aeration tore up grass; another says a raised garden bed was destroyed and no response came about a replacement or promised refund; a customer who filed a complaint says the return visit tore up the yard and that a bill and collection threat followed. The raised-bed customer also reports that the company had to come out twice before sending a backflow test, after the city sent a notice that irrigation was turned off.

Dillon does his job diligently. I noticed that unlike others in his line of work, whether someone is home or not, Dillon religiously does his spraying and stuff and leaves. More than anything he answers questions with interest.
