This company does the snow removal at Legends at River Oaks and they just came thru and dumped alot of salt on dry pavement. I have never seen a company do this. There is salt everywhere. With no snow in the forecast I assume they are trying to get rid of there salt .On top of that the driver spread salt where I was standing with my dog and got salt on my dog. Can't wait to move.
Boulder is a very dishonest landscaping company. Do NOT use them. They will damage your property and refuse to fix it (we are one of many in our neighborhood with this experience). They told us that no one manages their phones or emails and refused to communicate with us.
Our neighborhood has an HOA, and Boulder landscaping is the contracted plow. Not impressed with the snow plow jobs. Multiple neighbors have had them plow into the yards tearing up grass breaking sprinklers. They will also snow plow literally 4 ft off of the edge of my driveway leaving a great barrier reef of snow. They show up late most snow days. I did leave this originally as a one-star review, however while I was shoveling my driveway they were still in the neighborhood and I had them come fix the road and plow in the gutter of my driveway instead of 4 feet out. If they would just do that every time without having me asking then they would deserve a better review.
Ricardo and Wray with Boulder Landscaping are amazing! They both went above and beyond with our home project. Not only did they provide awesome end results, their happy attitudes made it so fun to work with them. It was extremely refreshing to receive top notch customer service, especially in the landscaping industry. I honestly can’t wait to do another project with these guys. Thanks!
