My husband and I had been without a proper lawn for ourselves and our dogs for over four years after the 1980s sprinkler system finally gave up on us. Because we were remodeling our home at the time we had to deal with the extended period of neglect at which point the “devil” weeds gradually moved into the barren desert that became our backyard making it dusty, hot, and miserable to walk on especially for dog paws. I couldn’t imagine one more summer of dust bowl, so we finally had enough and called Troy to come out for an estimate.We were impressed right out of the gate with Troy’s professionalism, knowledge, and how he truly listened to what we wanted. He talked through our vision to ensure he got it just right and spent what I thought was a surprising amount of time working through it with us for a free estimate. The estimate turned out to be very fair and thorough as well as aligned to our goals. We were sold.Our project included an entirely new sprinkler system, sod, flagstone work, various plantings, mulch, and a whole lot of rockscaping all on approximately 5000 sq ft. Troy was here every day since he only does one project at a time to provide the highest quality oversight and service.His crew was also fantastic! They always arrived on time over the two weeks they were here and were also very professional, polite, and a pleasure to have on property.All in all, we are VERY happy with the results and now have our own private oasis to enjoy.
