Love! Love! Love! I'm living in my son's home in Daleville after the renters left. It had little TLC and needed fencing, painting, and new front landscaping. The plants hadn't been maintained or replanted since the early 1970's. They were definitely old and tired. Trawick Landscapes worked within my limited budget, way beyond my expectations. Sharon came out and looked at the property, listened to what I wanted, and came back a week later with an extremely professional sketch and presentation for my very small project. Three weeks later her crew showed up led by her son. They were wonderful! Professional. Responsive. Kind. They even added a mailbox at minimal extra charge. I can't say enough kind things. I'd hire this team for any landscape project!
Wonderful company to work with! They filled in an old pond and added sod to my backyard. They were very timely and flexible. Their prices were fair and reasonable. I cannot recommend this team enough.
My boyfriend is looking for gutter burial and landscaping on his flowerbeds. He reached out several weeks ago and left a message. No call back. I called this week and left a message and no response. Unable to reach this company at all.
We had them come late last summer and plant 9 trees, 12 plants in back, 3 shrubs, four raised flower beds, fire pit with a stone bench and rock for that and all beds. In the front they extend 3 gardens and added 4 plants, 6 shrubs and a lattice for my beloved roses. They did an EXCELLENT job. Sherri came out and helped design the space with me and my husband. She was knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. Sherri was able to help me pick out low maintenance plants, which was important for me. She picked out plants that would come back each year and came with photos of each plant at the second visit. She came with a drawing of what they would do and edited it the way I wanted it. Sherri had a very professional blueprint of exactly what they would do. When the team arrived they walked through and told me what they would do that day. It took them a total of five days to complete the job. During the job they left workspace very clean, they were very mindful of not messing up the grass as they had to bring in machinery for all the stone. During the job they busted a water pipe and cut our Internet line however, they took care of both same day and at their expense. When laying the stone for my raised flowerbeds and for the walkway they used levels and made for sure each stone was laid perfectly. Two of my shrubs died, and I contacted them almost a year later regarding this and they fixed it. No questions asked and I only had to call once. When they came out to fix it they left the workspace in perfect condition and did not make a mess. All of my plants are thriving and doing well. I am very happy that we went with Trawick, even though It was more than what we anticipated for cost. However, my husband and I did our own flowerbeds a few years ago and it is very hard labor and time consuming; we were unable to obtain that professional look that we wanted. You get what you pay for. We are very pleased. When we move to our next house we will have them come out again to do our landscaping there. I am shocked with the other reviews as we couldn’t have been happier with their quality of work, professionalism and communication. It is only fair to add that I am very picky and not easy to impress, same goes for my husband. The only thing that I would want differently is them to give me the blueprint with each plant name and exactly how to take care of it, but I feel if I asked they would have made that happen.
They were pricey but I liked their design. Installation and customer service was very poor. Scrubs instantly died and two trees started falling over b/c dirt wasn’t added around the base b/f covering w/ pine straw. They replaced my sprinkler operating system, but then changed the wiring to reduce zones causing water pressure inadequate for zone sizes. Their customer service is...”keeping calling/texting/emailing multiple times and we might get back w/ you!”
