I reached out for lawn care services, and they sent someone out to do an estimate. However, after the visit, weeks have gone by with no follow-up, no communication, and no intention to actually provide the service.

It makes me question the purpose of even coming out to do an estimate if there was never any plan to move forward. This kind of service—where companies pick and choose who they want to serve, ignore genuine inquiries, and waste people’s time with empty promises—is unacceptable.

If you are looking for reliable, professional service, I would not recommend this company. My experience suggests that they are not interested in following through or treating potential customers with respect.

Fantastic experience! Fast service, showed up when they said they would. They weeded & cleaned out our old beds & spread new mulch.
