We used Jared and his team to install French Drains along our back yard in addition to stone landscaping along the front yard. Since my driveway was just replaced, we also had them level out the yard surrounding the driveway and hydro seed the newly landscaped perimeter.We were very happy with the level of communication and transparency during the whole process with both scheduling and pricing. Since Flagship Outdoor was initially contracted for just one job, Jared worked very closely with us on the additional requests to our satisfaction.
We needed tree stumps removed, the yard leveled, and new grass to follow. Jared responded quickly with options and they started the following week. The job was professionally done and completed promptly. The site was kept safe and clean while we were able to run our business without interruption. We appreciated that they came to treat the new grass and check on the growth progress. The front lawn of our office looks wonderful thanks to them. We will use their services again and highly recommend them!
We tried to repair our own gravel driveway and improve drainage after getting new gutters, using recycled concrete and 2B stone.We made it worse, so we hired the PROS at Flagship.Jared and his crew came and installed a better drain pipe, graded the driveway, and installed crushed limestone (411). They compacted it all so well, it looks like concrete! Wish we had called them FIRST!
Our house was built on a hillside with no flat space at all and water running to the basement on one side. Jared came out and dug and graded the high side of my house running the water away from my basement. He put in drain tile along my basement and drain pipe to collect all of the gutter water. The dirt dug from the yard was then used along with additional dirt to continue to grade and make more usable space around the rest of my house. He prepped the ground for lawn installation and seeded it. I ended up with a third spot next to my garage, so Jarrod then brought me a lot of gravel to make a nice place for my trailer. Now we have flat area for our daughter to play and have all of her outdoor toys. More importantly, the roof and groundwater are collected and piped away from the house. And no more water in my basement. Thank you Jared. This made a huge difference to the property!
Cannot say enough good things about Flagship Outdoor Services. We started working with Jarred on our yard drainage project and after some unforeseen changes, he got the project started in late August. The work was completed on time and the drainage issues we’ve had in our yard for 20 years are gone. To say we are pleased would not begin to cover it. We asked for a few modifications to the original plan, and though it created additional work for Jarred and his team, they were accommodated. They also had to hydro seed after the yard was dug up and the grass has come back beautifully. Our neighbors mention that the yard looks like a golf course.
