This is our second year working with Midnight Sun Mowing and Irrigation. MSMI is a highly efficient, hard working bunch of guys that go above and beyond in meeting our needs. They arrive on schedule. Their communications and follow-up are great and they are always willing and happy to respond to any request to insure that we are happy with the results.On their last visit, they crew was very complimentary about recent improvements to the home and landscaping. The new yard is beautiful alright, due in very large part tothe time and attention Midnight Sun pays to it’s excellent maintenance program.
My dad passed recently, leaving me with a home in Fairbanks. (I live in Texas). Shortly after his passing my uncle told me that lawn really needed mowing. I called every local company I could find- not one answered the phone nor called me back. I finally posted onto facebook and had several recommendations for MSM&I. I went to call, but they had a message saying they were fully booked. Anyhow, Taylor saw me posting looking for help and either I had an unhelpful response (such as saying to mow it myself) or I was ref-d to Taylor. He reached out, eventhough they were booked and already busy, and he got me on their schedule. Taylor and the team have been nothing but reliable and polite. I will continue to do business with them for many more summers. Thanks, guys, for taking care of my lawn and taking one chore off of my shoulders.
