Dakota Property Services sent two gentlemen to help with my fall clean up project and they did a phenomenal job and in general had great customer service. As a single parent of 3, I needed the help before the snow came and they had this team out within less than a week. Worth every penny!

DPS did my patio last year and it looks amazing! They were flexible in helping me since it conveniently rained for weeks after my patio was started and my dog needed to go outside. The patio turned out SO well and all the guys were really nice. They were more expensive than some other companies but Dan looked over the quotes and explained the difference. I then did research into the product and ultimately paid for quality!
We contacted Dakota Property Services after hearing a few positive mentions of them on Facebook. I’m so glad we did! Being new to landscaping, we weren’t sure what to expect. Dan, the owner, was so incredible to work with! From my initial inquiry, he was responsive, professional, and accommodating. We had to reschedule our initial meeting due to an error on our part, and Dan was so accommodating, coming out to our home outside of business hours.We needed old, overgrown landscaping removed (photo 1), new landscaping, rock and plants put in and a patio built (photo 2). He gave us some great ideas to bring our vision to life. The entire process was so much faster than anticipated and the quality of their work is phenomenal. Dan and the whole crew were friendly, professional, and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with the results and have already recommended their services to friends and family. We will definitely call them for any future needs!
