Four Seasons Landscaping totally re-worked our irrigation system. Then they came back out and replaced areas of sod that have never done well since we built our home. They also put in sod in areas that were new. All the guys we dealt with were amazing and very hard workers. We will definitely use them again!
POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!I normally don't write reviews but felt obligated because I represent a small community's Homeowners Association and because of the poor experience we ended up having with Four Seasons. To be fair, Four Seasons did a satisfactory job of taking care of all landscape needs of our 15 unit Townhome Community until near the end of the agreement.Then we (needing to reduce expenses to put more dollars in our capital reserve account for a new roof and paint) went through a competitive bid process and ultimately ended up selecting a new landscape company to maintain our common areas. We gave the prescribed 30 day notice that was in our agreement with Four Seasons and paid our last monthly service payment. Upholding what was expressly in our agreement. Unfortunately, once we communicated to Four Seasons that they didn't win the bid and that we would be moving our business, they failed to live up to their end of the agreement. Our property went nearly unattended causing grass to be ankle high (see photos) in places, our main courtyard lawn to have 100 sq. foot dead patch, our beds to be full of weeds and our sprinkler system and backflow valve not to be connected heading into the May growing season.After incurring significant expense to restore our property, we then reached out to our Account Manager (Mr. Carlton) to express our disappointment on how they left our property and what it was going to cost us by them not living up to our shared agreement. We failed to hear back from Mr. Carlton after a couple attempts. We then reached out to escalate our situation to Four Seasons' President (Mr. Chambers) and still (after two separate attempts) failed to hear back.After spending way to much time trying to get Four Seasons to uphold their end of the agreement and after no returned communication from Four Seasons' leadership, we thought our only recourse was to at least warn other potential customers of our experience so they can make an informed decision when selecting a landscape company.
I’ve never left a bad review before but I think other customers should be aware Of a possible time waste. I requested an estimate in April for a project. I took off work and had a nice employee show up and spend almost an hour talking and taking pictures for the project. I was to text her my email so she could send a quote. A week later no quote so I inquired and was told I Would have it by Friday. A week later no quote and no update. 6 weeks later and I still have not received a quote or any communication. I’ve been very patient but at some point a courtesy acknowledgment that you are not interested in our project and we should look elsewhere would have been appreciated. I understand projects back up but customer service should not suffer and don’t waste potential clients time as being interested if you in fact can not get a quote together within 2 months or inform them you won’t be providing a quote at all.
Had appointment scheduled to get an estimate on landscaping project for our front and back yard. We wanted to update our flower beds and add more beds in as well as create a patio. Amber called 45 minutes before scheduled appointment and said she was on her way. She was 45 minutes late but never called to inform us she was running late. Once she arrived, I told her we had to reschedule due to other obligations. We reschedule for later in the week. For that appointment, she no called no showed. Definitely not using this company for our project.
These guys are awesome. Doug, Loren and Jeremy have a great team. They are responsive and reasonably priced. They did an outstanding job on our modern home landscape and really transformed the outside. They also did our landscape lighting, which looks amazing and can be controlled via an app on my phone. Jeremy handled our irrigation and did a fantastic job with extensive follow up to make sure that everything worked the way it was supposed to. I highly recommend Four Seasons Landscaping.
