To be fair, I never got to try their services. After initial great communication and fair pricing, they just didn't follow through or ever respond about other services that I hoped to add on to mowing. This was for my elderly parent's place, and they knew that. Dependability was important. I finally gave up.

I am a realtor in Fayetteville AR and was given the name of this company by RPM property management company.I contacted the owner, Quinn and told him i needed a lot of yard work done on a vacant home I was listing before the photo shoot.It was a terribly rainy week, but his crew came out anyway and did a lot of the work in the rain and then he came by himself to finish any odds and ends and make my photo shoot deadline.Quinn is extremely professional, presented a very organized quote and responded instantly to any texts or calls from myself and the seller.I will be using his services again and will happily refer my fellow realtors and clients to this company.
Excellent work and such a relief! The crew tackled a major cleanup project that I hadn't been able to handle for a long time. They cleared out extensive overgrowth and fallen limbs along my entire back fence line, which had made parts of my yard completely unusable.They also did beautiful work on my front flower bed, added fresh mulch, and installed brick edging that really makes it look polished and well-maintained.The team was professional and thorough, and I'm so grateful to have my yard back to being functional and attractive. Would highly recommend their services to anyone needing yard cleanup or landscaping work!
Let me give you some background, I’m a renter who has a landlord who failed to remove yard debris and multiple lumber piles from around the house prior to us moving in and pushed it off for months until finally refusing to pay for it in general. I contacted 3 lawn care companies in NWA and 2 of them I contacted prior to Willow St Lawn. They finally sent me back a quote yesterday and never sent a worker to even look at what work needed to be done. Franklin over at Willow came out and looked at my house SAME DAY I called and inquired about a quote despite a busy schedule. He came after 5pm when everyone should be headed home. Willow Street told me they would have someone out next week but was able to put me on their schedule earlier. If you know Farmington then you know code enforcement isn’t the most lenient when it comes to yards so this was extremely important to me. When deciding who to go with, I received several quotes and ultimately it came down to who do I trust, who answered promptly and who did I want to take care of me…..it says a lot when I’m willing to pay a little more for better service. They were extremely professional with quoting me, talking to me all the way up until doing the work, and 30 minutes prior to our appointment. Quinn and Brittany were the workers who did my lawn and I couldn’t be any happier, they even took care of the leaves in front of my door, something I hadn’t expected them to clear. Will be recommending them to my friends, family and customers! Thank you for everything
