I highly recommend Landart Solutions. After they completed a complex job on my neighbor’s house, I hired them to help me with a problem that I’ve been dealing with for several years. It turned out to be a little bit more complex than any of us thought and they stayed working until they found a solution. Their employees are all wonderful and kind. They always showed up when they said they were going to and the supervisor was always quick to answer. Any questions I had. They really are wonderful company and I would hire them again.

We had serious drainage problems caused by our builder, that we could never get resolved. We worked on this problem for over 3 years with multiple vendors/landscapers/grading specialists hired by the builder. We still had a wet backyard. We finally gave up on the builder and decided to find our own solution.
Robert and the team from Landart Solutions were able to resolve a problem. They were on time, treated our property with respect and engineered a solution that worked. It was done this spring, and months later we can say without a doubt that the solution works. We have had a wet spring this year, but for the first time ever we did not have standing water, and our soil is not a wet sponge.
I am comfortable recommending them to others who have water, grading and drainage problems.
