Didn’t even want to give one star. Went to Air 1 Heating and cooling as these guys were leaving and half the parking lots is still full of snow and ice. Drive sped away so fast he cut off traffic on Baldwin road. See these trucks all over doing a half decent job. What a joke. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for commercial use or anything else.

Are you kidding me? This is how they left my lawn today. This grass should have never been cut today the ground was far to wet. You can tell they don't care i don't want you on my lawn ever again. Now I'm going to have to go back over what the "professionals" did. I would not recommend them for anything. Just think i have to pay for Noone to give a shit. I am pissed they didn't even edge my front yard they used a weed whacker to edge my lawn .
I am a strong supporter of local businesses, which is why I chose Ace Landscaping to handle the softscaping around my house. After agreeing on plant choices and making a down payment, I waited 17 days for the installation. When the crew arrived and began unloading the plants, I was shocked to see that they were in poor condition—undersized and some even dead. The crew blamed the driver who had picked up the plants.I contacted the representative I had signed the contract with, and he promptly stopped by to apologize and arranged for everything to be returned. The next day, I texted him, offering to pay a little extra if he could personally visit the nursery to ensure everything was done correctly. Unfortunately, he responded that he could not meet my expectations and suggested I pick up my check.I appreciate the kindness and professionalism he showed, and the manager at the office was also very courteous, offering her apologies with a genuine smile.
