Overall ratings reflect solid material quality with room to improve delivery coordination and notification.

Great prices and friendly fast service.

Thought to try a local place. Bad idea. First load came on Sat, and the next we needed Monday morning. At noon Monday we called, after 2:30 was now our time. No one called us about the time change. We had to cancel that last order go to Home Depot for bags of what was needed, so we could have more fun in the 90 degree day! Thanks so much, customers don’t matter unless you do patios for a living. Go to a homeowner nursery vs a place that just doesn’t care about delivery times or have communication with customers when things change.

Bought multiple loads of 1 1/2 yards of garden mix. They loaded truck to brim. And it's beautiful dirt.

Fick just dropped 6 yds of dirt at my house. The dropping time was set for between 10am and 12 noon. At 12:30 there was no dirt so I called the office because I had another appointment at 2:30 and needed to know when they thought the truck would be by. The gentleman wasn’t sure so he rescheduled the drop for later in the day. A few short minutes later the truck driver calls me to come by and look at the yard to be sure it’s hard enough to drive over. She gets here quickly at which time I discussed the change in time but she says she can have it dropped real quick. So I told her exactly where to drop it, cuz we just removed an above ground pool and I wanted to be sure the dirt got dropped in the middle of the circle. She said no problem, she can do that. I then said I’m almost 65 and can’t wheelbarrow the dirt. I also told her that I would need to go but as long as she can be sure it gets dropped in the middle I’m fine leaving for my meeting. BIG mistake!!! When I returned home the dirt wasn’t dropped in the middle. So now I have to haul that dirt myself by wheelbarrow. NOT a happy camper!! If I was young or in excellent health maybe I’d think differently but I was EXPLICIT about where to dump it. It’s so discouraging that companies and their people just don’t care enough about their own reputation so they do a crappy job. If you are like me be sure to watch their every move!!

The crew here always takes good care of us! We especially like their Verti-Block retaining wall products.
