We had Bath completely redo our front and backyard after much of the area was torn up by construction and we wanted something more family friendly. Jordan and team were so easy to work with, and listened to what we wanted and made into a great design. Since installation in 2023 we've had a few minor issues pop up and Jordan was always quick to respond and help us address. Overall very happy with the experience and customer service!
We recently used Bath to design and complete our backyard landscaping at our new home. Working with designer Gareth Diener was easy. Gareth was extremely helpful and flexible helping us create the space we wanted. Bath’s crews completed our project in a timely manner and worked with us on every detail. We had an excellent experience with Bath Landscape and give them 5 stars. The designer and foreman staff of Gareth, Ryan and Jimmy were excellent and always friendly and helpful. The crew was polite, hardworking and helpful. They implemented the landscape plan exactly as written and cleaned up every day. Gareth formulated the landscape plan early on and quickly implemented the changes we requested. The job was started on time on the day scheduled. To our surprise, the job, which was formidable, was completed in 5 days! Toward the end of the project, we encountered some sprinkler challenges (some pre-existing) and some other local issues and Gareth and Ryan were right there with us to solve these in short order!!
