Careless Snow Removal And Landscaping Business. I was extremely disappointed with the snow removal service provided by Platinum Landscaping at the Taiga Nova industrial park parking lots. While clearing snow, their equipment severely damaged two mature spruce trees – branches were broken off and trunks were scraped and gouged for no apparent reason. There was plenty of space to maneuver without hitting the trees, and this kind of reckless operation shows a complete lack of care for the property or landscaping.As a landscaping company, they should know better than to destroy healthy trees during routine snow clearing. This unnecessary damage is frustrating and costly to repair. I would not recommend their snow removal services based on this experience.
