Thorstad Landscape Solutions is an outstanding company to work with. Austin and his crew are very professional, hardworking and dependable. Austen is a great communicator and talked over every detail with us and gave us regular updates (in person and via text) as the work progressed.We live in a Fort Myers community and our home had older landscaping. Austen and his crew redid our landscaping from start to finish. We worked with Austen on the proposal contract and the price was very fair considering the amount of work. He got the proposal done on time so that we could submit it to our HOA A&E committee. He clearly explained his vision for our landscaping, driveway and walkway, and was very flexible in working with us to adjust the paver design and planting design, type and location. He has the machinery needed for big jobs like ours. He and his crew pulled out the old landscaping and rock, removed our concrete driveway and walkway and installed pavers (beautiful job!), re-graded the yard, upgraded the irrigation system, installed new plantings with mulch in the front and rock around the pool cage and installed a new lawn. When needed, Austin brought in experts when help was needed to upgrade the irrigation system and put in a new well pump. He and his crew made sure that everything worked prior to final payment and he walked us around to make sure we understood the irrigation system layout and operation.Thorstad Landscaping Solutions went above and beyond during the whole process, ending with a gift and handwritten thank you note. We love our new landscaping and pavers and will definitely hire TLS in the future. We have no reservation in recommending them to do work for you!
I happened upon them working at a neighbor’s house and asked it they did mulching and could they do mine. They fit it into their schedule, and not only did they mulch, they trimmed a few trees, replaced a few plants that I never liked and fixed or replaced my irrigation “nozzles” so my irrigation system works better than ever…and all for the quoted price! I can’t say enough good things about them!
Austin and his crew were wonderful. They built a garden area for me that we designed together as well as improvements to the yard area. Their fantastic installation and finishing touches have made it just what I wanted. The communication throughout the projects was fantastic. They were professional, respectful, on time, and could think on their feet when needed and make changes. The work is great and the follow up as well.I am so thankful to find a company such as Thorstad and will be using them again.
